Our range of intumescent products are made from a graphite-based material which offers high levels of expansion and insulation, preventing heat transfer on rebated hardware. As the material reaches activation temperature of 180 degrees, it expands to many times its original volume. To be used with corresponding locks, latches and hinges for fire door compliance.
- Available as intumescent hinge pads, lock sleeves and lock protection kits.
- 2mm thickness can be used for both FD30 and FD60.
- Multi directional expansion and pressure provides structure and integrity when filling rebates and voids.
- 3rd party accredited for hardware protection.

From the Anvil hold exceptional levels of stock and we aim to have your order with you in 2-3 working days (excluding lighting).
Should we be unable to complete your order in this time, we will contact you with a revised delivery date or to offer you a refund should you wish to cancel your order.
- We offer free delivery (for orders over £99) across mainland England, Scotland & Wales.
- Orders with a value under £99, are subject to a £12 delivery charge.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation which will contain a dpd tracking link, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
