What is your carriage paid order requirement?

We offer free delivery (for orders over £99) across mainland England, Scotland & Wales. Orders with a value under £99, are subject to a £12 delivery charge. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.

Do you offer any discounts?

We are pleased to offer a 20% discount across the entire From the Anvil product range. This discount is automatically calculated at the checkout for your convenience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to get your order processed and delivered as soon as possible using our delivery partner, dpd. From the Anvil hold exceptional levels of stock and we aim to have your order with you in 2-3 working days (excluding lighting). Should we be unable to complete your order in this time, we will contact you with a revised delivery date or to offer you a refund should you wish to cancel your order.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

We do not have a price match policy as we believe that our discount structure makes us competitively priced. However, if you do find any of our products for sale cheaper elsewhere, please contact us at the office on 01256 242 345 during office hours or via e-mail info@irontreedirect.co.uk to discuss further. No promises, but we will always see what we can do!

Do you offer a sample service?

Whilst we are not able to offer a product specific sample service, we do have a variety of cabinet furniture available in different finishes for you to view in the comfort of your own home. This is a free service – all we ask is that you return any samples to us at your own cost within two weeks so that we can send them out again to another customer.

Do you offer complementary products?

Yes! Irontree Direct is the online trading name of Irontree Solutions Limited who offer a full range of architectural ironmongery from the vast majority of the UK’s leading suppliers, and we can offer door closers, locks, latches, along with a whole host of other products to compliment the From the Anvil product range. Where are From the Anvil products made?

From the Anvil have three factories - one in the UK, one in Europe and one in Asia.

What base metals do From the Anvil Use?

This depends on the finish. Black, Beeswax and Pewter products have a mild steel base. Polished Brass, Aged Brass, Polished Nickel, Polished Chrome and Satin Chrome products have a solid brass base. Polished Bronze and Aged Bronze products have a solid bronze base. Polished and Satin Stainless Steel products are made from marine grade 316 stainless steel (for door and window furniture), and from grade 304 stainless steel (for cabinet furniture).

How do I maintain From the Anvil products?

From the Anvil products offer excellent anti-corrosive properties and will last a lifetime if properly maintained. To help you care for your chosen finish, we've created a comprehensive care guide specifically for each finish. Please see our Care & Maintenance page for further advice.

Can I use From the Anvil Products in coastal areas?

The entire range of hand forged marine 316 stainless steel products are suitable for use in coastal areas. They have strong anti-corrosive properties which make them resistant to rust.

Despite the natural durability of this finish, we would still recommend washing your products using a soft, clean cloth and mild soapy water to reduce unnecessary pollutants building up on the surface of the products. Please ensure all products are dried using a soft cloth after any cleaning.

We don’t recommend using our other finishes near the sea, as large amounts of atmospheric salt can cause them to rust and wear away.

Do you offer any bespoke services?

Yes! If you have any special product requirements that we don't already cover, we'll gladly consider any bespoke work such as custom finishes or product design. Can I return a product?

Absolutely! At Irontree Direct we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you decide you'd like to return your products (excluding lighting), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, and we'll do our best to make your return process as quick and easy as possible. All items must be returned undamaged and in the original box, along with all packaging, parts and accessories that were supplied with your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Unless faulty, no. All From the Anvil lighting pendants are hand made to order and are therefore excluded from our Returns Policy. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.
