Returns Policy - excluding lighting

Can I return a product?

Absolutely! At Irontree Direct we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you decide you'd like to return your products (excluding lighting), we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, and we'll do our best to make your return process as quick and easy as possible. All items must be retuned undamaged and in the original box, along with all packaging, parts and accessories that were supplied with your order.

How do I return a product?

Firstly, please contact us at the office on 01256 242 345 during office hours or via e-mail so that we can generate a Goods Return Note for your order. This not only assists us with our administration but also alerts the warehouse to expect your return.

Secondly, please ensure that you package your goods in their original boxes, along with all packaging, parts and accessories that were supplied with your order.

Finally, please return your goods to:

Do you offer free returns?

I’m afraid that we don’t. As all of our orders over £99 are sent carriage paid, we do not offer free returns and return carriage is payable by the customer.

We strongly recommend that you send your returns via an insured carrier that can provide a proof of delivery if required, as Irontree Direct will not be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

When will I get my refund?

We aim to process your returns and refund without delay but please allow for 7-10 days for your refund to appear in your account.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product or something is missing?

While we do our best to prevent it, damage can occasionally occur in transit and things do go missing! In the event of receiving a damaged delivery or should any items be missing from your delivery, please contact us at the office on 01256 242 345 during office hours or via e-mail Shortages and goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise we will assume that your delivery has arrived complete and in perfect condition.

Returns Policy - lighting

Can I return a From the Anvil lighting pendant?

Unless faulty, no. All From the Anvil lighting pendants are hand made to order and are therefore excluded from our Returns Policy.

What happens if I’ve ordered the wrong pendant?

We appreciate that sometimes things change. Therefore, we delay processing all lightning orders until we have spoken with the customer to ensure that the correct style and colour of pendant has been ordered. Why do we do this? Because once the order is confirmed and in production, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds (unless faulty).

So how long does it take to get my pendants delivered?

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery of all From the Anvil pendant orders.

If I order multiple burnished pendants, will they be identical?

Hopefully not! The burnished pendants are not identical in finish and colour. The exclusive burnishing technique reveals beautiful layers of colour and texture within the metal, which creates a unique feel when lit. Each pendant is burnished by hand and the finishing process means that the colours and pattern will vary slightly from pendant to pendant to create a unique and individual lighting fixture.
